On Friday, December 5, 2025, at Emilgroup&rsquo;s headquarters, the award ceremony for the scholarships dedicated to employees&rsquo; children was held, an established event that celebrates the commitment, dedication and achievements of young high-school students. The initiative, which remains one of the most appreciated within the company community, aims to support the new generations in their path of educational and personal growth.

The event took place in the spaces of the company&rsquo;s Research &amp; Development area and was attended by numerous employees together with their families. Presiding over the ceremony were Luca Gatti, President of Emilgroup and Human Resources Director, Davide Ruggeri, Business Development Director and Luca Scipioni, Human Resources and Safety Director, who presented certificates of merit to the 12 students awarded for their excellent results achieved in the 2024/2025 school year.

Now in its sixteenth edition, the scholarship awards represent for Emilgroup a moment of great pride and an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of human value and talent within the company. The company thus renews its commitment to concretely supporting employees&rsquo; families, recognizing the fundamental role each of them plays in Emilgroup&rsquo;s growth and success.

The ceremony is not only a recognition of academic performance, but also an encouragement to continue one&rsquo;s studies with enthusiasm and determination. Promoting education, fostering curiosity and supporting young people&rsquo;s aspirations have always been among the pillars of the company philosophy. The 3D Cube mosaic from the W-Circles collection won over the jury of the Archiproducts Design Awards 2025 in the Finishes category, one of the most important awards in the design world.

W-Circles was born from the study of the concentric rings of wood, reinterpreted in a ceramic key to convey the strength and harmony of natural materials.

From this inspiration comes the 3D Cube Mosaic, which enhances the three-dimensionality of surfaces, transforming the wooden texture into a mosaic of volumes and reliefs. The tiles, reminiscent of small wooden blocks, express warmth and depth, while the interplay of light and shadow highlights their contemporary dynamism.

This award is a testament to Emilgroup&rsquo;s ongoing commitment to blending innovation and creativity, bringing to the world the value and beauty of Italian design excellence.

Emilgroup&#39;s commitment to support young people and its community continues. Also this year the company&nbsp;awarded&nbsp;the&nbsp;children&nbsp;of&nbsp;employees, students who distinguished themselves for the&nbsp;brilliant&nbsp;results&nbsp;obtained in the school years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

In the presence of Luca Gatti, VP Human Resources and Davide Ruggeri, Business Development Manager, and in front of parents and relatives, certificates of merit were given to the children. The celebration was also an occasion to remember our CEO Dr. Sergio Sassi died prematurely, who has always believed in this project and who, in recent years, has personally paid tribute to the children for their perseverance and their commitment.
