New residential apartments in Cyprus
Cladding with ventilated facades: design enhanced by technology and innovation
A brand new residential apartment complex has been constructed just a few metres from the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, on the southern coast of the sunny island of Cyprus. The project was commissioned to Architect Zenon A. Zenonos, who chose to clad the building’s whole exterior with the Stone Talk by Ergon collection in the Rullata finish, applying the ventilated facade system.
This innovative external cladding technology guarantees high technical performance, a stunning design and significant benefits from an energy and environmental standpoint.
The Stone Talk by Ergon collection, which elegantly and authentically reproduces worked stone, enhances the physicality of the architectural work. Thanks to the three-dimensional effect of the Rullata finish, the facade has an extremely tactile look. The large slabs used measure 60x120 cm, in Grey and Dark Grey shades, which alternate on the building’s side wall to make the project more dynamic and striking.
